You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use jokijp. Providing false age or identity information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through approved local payment channels. Withdrawals require a verified account and are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the method selected.
All promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page. jokijp reserves the right to void bonus funds obtained through abuse or collusion.
Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts — whether on the same device, household, or IP address — will be closed and outstanding balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
jokijp provides self-exclusion, deposit limits, and session-time tools. Players are responsible for using these features and for gaming within their personal financial means at all times.
jokijp is licensed and regulated internationally. These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable licensing jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.

By accessing the Platform, creating a Player Account, or placing any wager or game stake, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jokijp with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether oral or written.
Note: jokijp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active Players of material changes via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date.
To open and maintain a Player Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Age Restriction: Gambling by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. jokijp will request identity verification documents from any Player where age or identity is in doubt. Any Player found to be under 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all Funds returned (less any amounts already wagered), and Bonus Funds forfeited.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Player Account. Opening, operating, or attempting to open more than one Player Account — whether under the same name, identity document, email address, IP address, device, household address, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jokijp reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to confiscate any Funds or winnings associated with duplicate registrations.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the Platform. This includes, without limitation, your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile telephone number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jokijp will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify jokijp immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
All Player Accounts on the Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). jokijp does not support multi-currency accounts. Once an account currency is set at registration, it cannot be changed.
jokijp operates in accordance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. We reserve the right to request identity verification documentation from any Player at any time, and particularly prior to processing any withdrawal request.

jokijp aims to complete KYC review within one (1) to three (3) business days of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawals will be held pending successful verification. jokijp is not liable for any delays caused by incomplete, illegible, or inconsistent documentation submitted by the Player.
jokijp reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on accounts displaying unusual transaction patterns, high-value withdrawals, or behaviour inconsistent with the Player's stated profile. Players must cooperate fully with any such review; failure to do so may result in account suspension.
jokijp accepts deposits through the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. jokijp reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time without prior notice. Players may also set personal deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings.
Deposits via bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata) are typically credited within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes during normal banking hours. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are generally instant. jokijp is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's financial institution or payment provider.
If a deposit is not credited to your Player Account within two (2) hours of transfer, you must contact our support team with your transfer receipt. Do not attempt a second deposit without first confirming the status of the original transaction. jokijp will investigate all reported deposit discrepancies within twenty-four (24) hours.
Important: Always use the exact bank account details and reference number provided on the deposit page. Deposits sent to incorrect accounts or without the required reference number may be delayed or unrecoverable. jokijp accepts no liability for funds sent to incorrect account details due to Player error.
Withdrawals are available to Players whose accounts have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted from unverified accounts will be held until verification is complete. jokijp strongly recommends completing KYC verification immediately after registration to avoid any delays at the time of withdrawal.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. jokijp reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative approved channel where the original method is unavailable or where AML requirements necessitate a different route.
Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes to twenty-four (24) hours, subject to bank processing schedules and the volume of pending requests. Processing times may be extended during Indonesian public holidays, including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified on the withdrawal page at the time of request. Players holding VIP tier membership may benefit from elevated daily and weekly withdrawal limits. jokijp reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments where necessary for operational or compliance reasons.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, jokijp may require that the Player has wagered their deposited funds at least one (1) time in real-money gameplay. This requirement exists to prevent the Platform from being used as a money-transfer service. Where a Player deposits funds without placing any wager, jokijp reserves the right to deduct a processing fee of up to five percent (5%) of the deposit amount before returning the funds.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jokijp are subject to specific terms and conditions detailed on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between the promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of ten (10) times before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply only to the Bonus Funds amount, not to any real-money funds in the account. Certain game types — including but not limited to live dealer games, certain slot titles, and togel (lottery) markets — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirements; contribution rates are listed on each promotion page.
jokijp operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing low-risk offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; using automated software or bots to generate wagering volume; and colluding with other Players to exploit promotional structures. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their Bonus Funds forfeited, winnings voided, and accounts permanently closed.
Bonus Funds and free bets not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Player Account without compensation. It is the Player's responsibility to track the expiry dates of any promotional credits held in their account.
All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and competition, as published on the Platform. For football markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia (Garuda) internationals — standard 90-minute match rules apply unless otherwise specified. Mix parlay (parlay accumulator) bets require all selections to win; a single void or lost selection results in the entire parlay being lost or adjusted per the applicable promotion rules.
Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules of each game are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during live play, bets already confirmed by the dealer or system will stand. jokijp is not liable for losses resulting from network interruptions on the Player's side.
All slot titles and random number generator (RNG) games are certified by independent testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate over statistically significant sample sizes and do not guarantee any individual outcome. By playing any slot or RNG game on the Platform, you acknowledge that results are determined solely by certified random processes.
The Platform offers togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets drawn from multiple regional and international lottery pools. Draw times and result sources for each market are published on the relevant market page. In the event of a disputed result, the official result published by the relevant lottery authority shall be final and binding.
In the event of a system error, technical malfunction, or manifest pricing error (including but not limited to odds displayed at significantly incorrect values), jokijp reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts. jokijp's decision in all such matters is final.
The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension or permanent closure:
Fraud Alert: jokijp actively monitors accounts for fraudulent activity. Any Player account identified as engaged in fraud, money laundering, or collusion will be immediately suspended. All Funds and winnings in the account will be frozen pending investigation and may be permanently forfeited. jokijp cooperates with relevant authorities where criminal activity is suspected.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout — is the property of jokijp or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, licence, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of jokijp.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jokijp, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
jokijp's total aggregate liability to any Player, in any circumstances, shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may request closure of your Player Account at any time by contacting jokijp customer support. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements must be settled and any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of account closure will be forfeited.
jokijp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or collusion; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or compliance with applicable law or regulatory direction.
Upon account closure — whether initiated by the Player or by jokijp — all Bonus Funds are forfeited immediately. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to any applicable deductions for outstanding obligations, within thirty (30) business days.
The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by jokijp's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.
jokijp collects and processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. Your data will not be sold to unaffiliated third parties. jokijp may share data with licensed service providers strictly for the purposes of operating the Platform.
jokijp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the effective date. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter Players' substantive rights) may take effect immediately.
It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jokijp holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitral institution in that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent jokijp from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of any jurisdiction to protect its legitimate business interests, intellectual property rights, or to enforce an arbitral award.
